Book Launch Marketing for Authors Done Hoping Amazon Notices
Writing the book was the hard part. Selling it is a different job, and a product page on Amazon isn’t a launch. We build the author website, the 30 days of launch content and the video that put your book in front of readers, and we’ve already done it for real authors with real books.

Why Launches Stall
Most Books Don’t Fail. Their Launches Do.
You did the writing, the edits and the cover. Then launch day comes, the post goes up, your aunt buys two copies, and the book goes quiet. Here’s why that happens.
Amazon Is a Shelf, Not a Storefront
You don’t own your Amazon page. You can’t collect a single reader’s email from it, and it can’t tell your story the way the book deserves. An author website is the one address you control: the place every interview, post and link points back to.
Launch Day Is Too Late to Start
Readers buy what they’ve already heard about. The buzz has to build weeks before release: teasers, quote graphics, countdowns, a video that lets people meet you. Start on launch day and you’re announcing to an empty room.
Builder Sites Make You Look Self-Published
A free page on a drag-and-drop builder is slow, looks like a thousand others, and is hard for Google to read. We moved Eye See off a builder platform for exactly that reason. Your site is the first impression a reader, reviewer or podcast booker gets.

Author Website Design
What an Author Website Actually Has to Do
Pretty is the minimum. An author website has a job, and the job is selling books and building a readership you own.
Sell the Book, Every Page
One primary action everywhere: buy. Every format, every retailer, a click away. The First Twelve Days carries a persistent buy bar for paperback and hardcover. Eye See points every section back to hardcover, paperback and Kindle.
Feel Like the Book
A techno-thriller shouldn’t look like a memoir, and a memoir shouldn’t look like a sales funnel. We design around the book itself: its structure, its mood, its central question.
Serve Readers, Press and Book Clubs
FAQ, press kit, book club guide, author page and an email signup so readers can follow you after the last page. The pages a reviewer or podcast booker goes looking for are already there.
Get Found on Google and AI Search
Rank Math configured for technical SEO, structured data that tells search engines and AI assistants what the book is and who wrote it, and custom social share artwork so every link previews clean.
Proof, Not Props
Two Author Launches We’ve Built
No invented testimonials and no made-up sales numbers. Just the work, live, which you can click through yourself.
Eye See — Matt Locke
Author Website · Web Development · SEO · Hosting & Management
Eye See is the debut near-future techno-thriller from Matt Locke, mid-morning host on WBAP 820: a blind coder gets sight from a neural implant and finds the company behind it editing what everyone sees. The site had to feel like the book: sharp, unsettling and built to sell.
We first built it on Base44, then tore it down and rebuilt it as a premium WordPress author platform on our Hostinger Cloud infrastructure. Same domain, new foundation: faster, fully indexable and owned outright. Story-first homepage, app-like mobile design, sections for The Book, The World, The Author, FAQ and Matt’s radio show, plus a cinematic promo campaign built around the cover art.
The First Twelve Days — Scotty Roberts
Memoir · Author Website · SEO · Hosting & Management
A Memoir of Breath, Bone, and Heart: Scotty Roberts’ true story of illness, amputation, a marriage ending and the choice to rebuild. The job was giving a deeply personal book a home with the weight and warmth it deserves.
Dark, editorial design built around the book’s twelve-day structure. An interactive 3D cover readers can turn and tilt. Free-sample and buy paths on every key page, a book club guide, a press kit, and an email signup so readers can follow Scotty’s notes after day twelve.
How It Works
From Strategy Call to Launch Day in 30 Days
Strategy Call
We learn the book, the reader and the launch date, then map the 30 days backward from release.
Build the Author Site
Design, buy links, email capture and SEO. You review it before it goes live.
Produce the Content
Author interview, reels, quote graphics and the full 30-day calendar, scheduled and ready.
Launch and Keep It Running
Release day goes live on a site that’s already indexed. After that, we can host and manage it, like we do for both books above.
FAQ
Book Launch Marketing Questions
What does book launch marketing include?
Our Book Release Power Package covers four things: a custom author landing page with purchase links and email signup, 30 days of pre-scheduled social content, a professionally produced one-hour author interview, and 5 to 10 short-form reels. One team runs all of it on a 30-day timeline.
How much does book launch marketing cost?
The Book Release Power Package is $3,500 for the full 30-day launch. If you need more, like a larger author site, ongoing hosting and management, or a longer campaign, we scope it on a free call and give you one fixed number before any work starts.
Do I need an author website if my book is on Amazon?
Yes. Amazon owns that page and the customer relationship. An author website gives every interview, post and ad one place to point, captures reader emails for your next book, and gives Google and AI search something to rank that you control.
When should I start marketing my book?
At least 30 days before release, which is how the package is built. Earlier is better: an author website launched a month or two ahead has time to get indexed, so people searching your name or title on launch day actually find you.
What makes a good author website design?
One clear action (buy the book) on every page, a design that feels like the book, fast mobile performance, and the pages readers and press look for: about the author, FAQ, press kit, book club guide and email signup. Both of our live author sites are built on that standard.
Can you host and manage my author site after launch?
Yes. We host, maintain and manage both eyeseebook.com and buythefirsttwelvedays.com, and support both books with featured coverage on Stucci Media.
Do you only work with authors in Florida?
No. We’re based in Port Charlotte, Florida and work with authors anywhere in the country. Strategy calls, the interview and reviews all run remote when they need to.
