Every engagement is confirmed through a separate written proposal, quote, or agreement between you and Stucci Marketing Group, which governs the specific scope, price, timeline, and deliverables for that project.

Where a specific project agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this Site — including copy, design, graphics, and the "Stucci Marketing Group" name and branding — belongs to Stucci Marketing Group and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Ownership of deliverables created for a client project (such as a website, video, or design assets) is governed by the specific project agreement for that engagement, not by these Terms.

No Guaranteed Results

Marketing, SEO, and social media results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, market conditions, and platform algorithm changes. Any performance figures shown on the Site (such as client case study results) reflect that specific client's outcomes and are not a guarantee of results for any other business.

Client Portal Accounts

If you're issued access to our client portal, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stucci Marketing Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for any paid engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement, as further detailed in the applicable project agreement.
